CA Stockting & Son, Funeral Directors of Weymouth was purchased by the Grassby family from Cecil Hadley in 1976.

Stockting is probably the longest established funeral directors for Weymouth and Portland.

The office and chapels of rest still continue to operate from premises in Crescent Street.

Stockting has been managed by Dennis Mould since 1980. Dennis is born and bred in Weymouth and has worked in the funeral trade for the past thirty five years.
