REGISTRATION
It is normal for a death to be registered in the district in which it has occurred. However, if this presents difficulty, Grassby Funeral Services will advise you about registration by declaration in your local area.

FUNERAL ARRANGEMENTS
In normal circumstances you will need a Medical Certificate from the doctor who attended the deceased. In the case of any sudden and unexpected death, a doctor may refer to the local Coroner. Grassby Funeral Service will advise on this procedure which may not necessarily delay the funeral.

One of the main functions of our funeral arrangement service is to liaise on your behalf with the Church, Crematorium, Cemetery and other authorities.

Chapel of Rest - Facilities are available to offer relatives and friends the opportunity to pay their respects in privacy and suitable surroundings.

Newspaper Notices - We shall be pleased to help you compile obituary notices.

Flowers - We can order floral tributes on your behalf.

The Funeral Service - Religious or secular, we can help you arrange the most appropriate service.

Memorial Masonry - We have a long history of producing memorials dating back to 1861. One of our experienced members of staff will help you to select a stone and inscription which will comply with Churchyard or Cemetery regulations.
